The Lunge Challenge

I fully believe in the power of the group, so not only am I taking on the core challenge, I'm taking on the lunge challenge as well. Basically, you just have to do some lunges three times a week for the next month. So, yes, I accept the lunge challenge - let the aching legs begin!

Here's where I am starting from. Do you think I'll look like this when I am done? : )
