Sometimes you want to use a logo from a recent race to post in your blog or to make a fabulous ornament.
But how do you find one easily?
Here's the technique I like to use:
1. Start with a google search. Look for the race you'd like to find the logo for. It may be helpful to include the word "logo" in your search, but if one does not come up, you may need to make a more general search.
2. Once the search results come up, click on the "Images" link at the top of the results page.
3. Find the image that you want to use. (If it is not quite what you need, you can crop the image after you save it with Paint (included with any Windows install) or another photo editor.)
4. Right-click the image and select "Open link in a new tab".
5. Click on "Save image as" and select a path on your computer to save it to.
6. You now have the image on your hard drive for editing or printing. Open it in a photo viewer to print.
I love this idea.
