a tuesday song

I ran out of Endurance Planet podcasts that I haven't listened to during today's run, so I hit shuffle on my playlist and went with it.  About halfway through the run, I hit my favorite running song - the one this blog is named after. And as I cruised down the street, nailing my cadence, I thought, why haven't I posted that song on my blog yet? Duh!

So with no further ado, I give you my favorite running song (please note, there is some objectionable language, so if you have delicate ears in the vicinity, you may want to turn the volume down. It's not awful, but I didn't want to surprise anyone!)
