Best Yoga Poses for Runners

I am not an expert on yoga, but these are some of the poses that I have found that help me to keep me healthy as I increase the miles.

Open the shoulders/upper body:
Marichi I

Lengthen the psoas:
Constructive Rest Position
Cobra Pose

Stretch the piriformis:
Cow Face Pose
Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (great for shoulders as well)

Open the hips:
Happy Baby Pose
Pigeon Pose

Work the hamstrings:
Seated Forward Bend
Locust Pose

Stretch the groin:
Bound Angle Pose

Calves:
Downward Facing Dog (great for hamstrings too)

Work it all:
Wide Angle Seated Forward Bend
