hey.

Geez. I turn 40 and the blog goes to crap.

I've been running. A lot.

And I've been trying to get relayguide.com up and running.  I'm partnering on that project, and I've got some good articles in mind for the site heading forward.

At some point, I will get back to this and write up the Gorge Waterfalls 50k.  See ya soon.
