Just developed this highly thoughtful, science based approach to my training:
Have fun.
Long runs every other week.
Sprinkle in some speed work.
Strengthen the core.
Have fun.
Listen to my body.
Hit the trails whenever possible.
Have fun.
'Cause you know what? I'm kinda tired of running x number of miles at x pace with x heart rate.
I just love to run.
So that's what I'm gonna do.
